Physical Transformation is for those who
  • want to lose weight and/or gain muscle;

  • are dedicated to achieving and actually maintaining results;

  • have tried a billion diets but didn’t succeed;

  • know a lot about health/fitness but can’t seem to achieve their goals;

  • want to gain strength and improve health indicators;

  • want a good body without all the hardship and suffering;

  • are sick of chewing chicken breast and brown rice and need more variety in their diet
16 week Physical Transformation course overview
Everyone aged 18 and over is welcome to join in (unless a participant is pregnant or have serious medical problems)
The season is fully online. We will be interacting every day for 16 weeks straight. The program offers group resources as well as personal assistance
The project is built around nutrition. The goal is either cutting or bulking
Each participant has either their own sport (gym, crossfit, football, dancing, ping-pong, MMA, boxing, martial arts, kitchen fencing, lifting grocery bags up to the apartment on the 3rd floor — I don’t care), or they follow our training programs (gym or home/outdoor workouts) that we offer during the season. It's not oblige to do sports but it's highly recommended
To get started a participant will need: FatSecret or MyFitnessPal app on the smartphone, kitchen scale, floor scale, measuring tape
The approach is personal. Each participant gets a private chat with a personal mentor, where they interact. Once a week based on the submitted reports we check weigh-ins and measurements, watch the progress and make adjustments

Who am I?
I’ve been a huge sports junkie for as long as I can remember. And it was a no-brainer to figure out that you can only go so far without a proper nutrition plan.

I’ve often been disappointed with the lack of knowledge and competence displayed by coaches. So I started thinking to myself — if you want it done right, just do it yourself.

As a result, I've been studying nutritional science and evidence-based dietetics for over 15 years. I try to stay up to speed with the latest and most efficient nutrition and training research. I know many industry experts, such as Menno Henselmans, Mike Israetel, and Denny Lennon, personally.

Apart from that, I've done dozens of other professional courses, shorter but no less in-depth, and dedicated hundreds of hours for self-education.

How am I supposed to find time for all that?

Required minimum takes about 20 minutes daily. If your goal is to lose weight, it will be enough.
If you are hungry for knowledge, studying all the theory provided within the Season will take significantly more time. But this is completely optional.

If you’re not happy with the program in the first week and decide to leave, we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
1. Fill in the registration form above and purchase your participation.

2. Prepare digital floor and kitchen scales and a measuring tape. They are a must, so please make sure you have them!

3. You will get a confirmation email with further instructions about a week before the start.

We reserve the right to deny a new participant or previous season’s participant from taking part in the Season without any explanations.

It’s a private party.

We also reserve the right to expel any participant during the Season if their behavior is toxic, inadequate, thievish etc., at which point we’ll return the unused portion of the paid funds. It happens rarely, but it does, unfortunately.
